As you may be able to tell, this week's strip, Nny, is in a different format than every other Goth Camp comic strip before it. I'm experimenting with a new four-panel layout, because my comic has grown to encompass more of a storyline than I had originally planned, and I think that because I only update once a week, my audience deserves at least a little bit more (And there's no way I'd ever be able to update more than once a week- believe me, I've tried.).
Nny is based on a friend of mine, who for a while thought that he too was Johnny the Homocidal Maniac of Jhonen Vasquez underground fame. Even though he's 15 now and has (hopefully) grown out of his little wannabe stage, there was something so obnoxiously endearing about the way he embodied the kind of character that he did. So immortalized forever here at Goth Camp is my friend Robert when he was 13. Cheers!
So I hope that you all like the new layout and will keep reading and enjoying Goth Camp!
